Notes: Lead via Compute Atlas. The April master plan called for a two-story data processing building powered by natural gas fuel cells, just west of the Maine Turnpike. Town planners rejected it as incomplete, and the town passed a 180-day moratorium in June that reaches back to April 1 applications.
