• Talen Montour data center campus rezoning (Montour County): blocked. Montour County commissioners denied Talen's request to rezone hundreds of acres for data centers; Talen said it will keep pursuing development
• Archbald 18-building campus (400 acres) (Lackawanna County): blocked. Borough council unanimously denied conditional-use application at special meeting
• Homer City Energy Campus (PIT100) (Indiana County): proposed. County Planning Commission accepted the PIT100 master plan (36-39 data centers, Center & Black Lick Twps) for a 90-day review, Oct. 16, 2026-Jan. 12, 2027; acceptance is not approval
• CoreWeave Lancaster PA (Lancaster County): under construction. Building 1 at 216 Greenfield Rd under construction, targeted summer 2027; other sites still in zoning
• Aligned Project Phoenix (Shippingport) (Beaver County): under construction. Aligned broke ground on 2 GW, three-building campus next to Frontier's coal-to-gas Shippingport plant

• 2026-11-04: Muncy Township Planning Commission, Public hearing on proposed Data Center Ordinance 2026-01
• 2026-11-09: Graham Township Board of Supervisors, Intended adoption of Ordinance 2026:02 regulating data centers and accessory facilities
• 2026-11-12: Gregg Township Board of Supervisors, Consideration of ordinance allowing data centers only as conditional uses in Commercial/Industrial zones, with operating and decommissioning standards
• 2026-11-13: Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, Evidentiary hearing on the merits of five families' spot-zoning challenge and request to halt PAX-1 work
• 2026-12-09: Muncy Township Board of Supervisors, Tentatively scheduled adoption of the township's data center zoning amendment
