Data center projects often stay secret until the deal is nearly done. Neighbors, local officials, contractors and landowners usually see the signs first. Tell us what you're seeing and we'll dig into the public record.

How we handle tips: we never publish a tip as-is. We verify every lead against public records or independent reporting before anything goes on the site. We never publish your name or contact details without your explicit permission. Not sure what counts? See the warning signs.
