• Augusta Township data center rezoning (522 acres) (Washtenaw County): blocked. Voters overturned the rezoning 89.5% to 10.4% in a referendum
• 'The Barn' (Stargate Michigan) (Washtenaw County): under construction. Recall petitions approved against 3 township officials over the lawsuit settlement that allowed the project
• Meta-backed data center proposal (Howell Twp) (Livingston County): delayed. Township extended data center moratorium another six months; draft ordinance to planning commission Oct 27
